Mustangs Casino Night Fundraiser

Saturday, March 18th  6:00pm- 10:00pm

Coffee Depot, Asher Building- 500 West 15th, Cheyenne

Join us for a fun night of casino games for the whole family.  Tickets are just $40 and that provides $10,000.00 in play money to use at the tables, and appetizers to munch on the entire evening.  Play black jack, craps, Texas hold-um and 3 card poker- no experience or luck necessary!  Additionally, there will be other games for younger (or younger at heart) attendees to play.  At the end of the evening use your earnings to enter numerous raffles.  Also available will be a cash bar and a silent auction.  The proceeds from the evening will go directly to helping the 2017 Mustangs teams pay for league fees, uniforms, field time and city fees, and tournament entry fees associated with their 2017 schedules.

We are seeking community individuals or companies to sponsor a table.  The cost is $300 and your donation includes:  6 complimentary tickets to the evening, your name on a designated gaming table advertising your sponsorship, advertising through media outlets, signage, and social media prior to and following the event.

We are also seeking items for the silent auction.  Any item(s) you might wish to donate would be appreciated.  Your company will receive recognition in our advertising in media outlets, signage, and social media prior to and following the event.

Please contact Kari Cline, 307-640-6157 with questions or to donate/sponsor.
